MASTERS SWIMMING PROGRAM
The Baylor Swim Club conducts swim practices for adult swimmers. The Team includes adults of all ages and abilities. Interests range from lap swimmers, to fitness swimmers, to tri-athletes, and competitive swimmers. Stroke correction, workouts, and drills are supervised. The practice schedule is listed below.



REGISTRATION AND FEES
There is a $35.00 / year USMS registration for insurance purposes. The monthly fee is $40/ Month.

Both forms below must be filled out before participation in the program. Make check Payable to Baylor Swim Club, due the 1st of each month

Fall, Winter, and Spring Schedule (September-May)
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday- 6:30-7:30 PM

All practices are held at the Baylor School Natatorium


Baylor Swim Club Masters Coach

Dale Tillman Dale Tillman grew up swimming in New Jersey, and she competed in the Pac-10 Conference while attending the University of California at Berkeley. Dale also attended the University of Miami and has a degree in electrical engineering. In the nearly 4 decades Dale has been involved in the sport of competitive swimming she has had the privilege of working under the direction of former Olympic Swim Coaches Jack Nelson and Frank Elm. In addition to the Baylor Master's Group, Ms. Tillman coaches the Notre Dame High School Swim Team, and she is a fitness instructor at the Downtown YMCA.

DIRECTIONS
The Baylor Swim Club Masters program is held on the campus of the Baylor School in the state of the art Baylor School Natatorium.

  • From I-75 take I-24 West, or from I-59 take I-24 East
  • Take exit 178 (U.S. 27 North)
  • After crossing the Tennessee River, take the 5th exit, (U.S. 127, Signal Mountain)
  • Proceed under the overpass, moving to the left turn lane after the second traffic light. The entrance to the campus is located on the left at the third traffic light, directly across from Harry's Citgo convenience store.
