ORLANDO, FL- The Baylor Swim Club will send fifteen athletes to compete in the 2022 National Club Swimming Association (NCSA) Junior National Championships to be held March 15-19 at the Orlando YMCA Aquatic Center in Orlando, Florida. This is one of the top swimming competitions in the country on an annual basis for swimmers eighteen years old and under.
Representing the Baylor Swim Club will be Lille Boggs, Sam Flack, Caden Fritz, Charlie Han, Drew Hitchcock, Josean Massucco, Avery May, Genevieve O’Neil, Cullen Roberts, Caroline Schenck, Owen Seymour, Finley Smith, Will Taylor, Luke Waldrep, and Madelyn Yates.
In general, there are over 1700 swimmers in the meet representing over 250 clubs from all over the nation. This will be the thirteenth year that Baylor Swim Club will send athletes to this competition. Baylor has placed in the top ten in three of those years, placing 4th in 2008, 3rd in 2009, 7th in 2011, 8th in 2012, 13th in 2013, the boy’s team finished 4th in 2014, and 5th in 2017.
