The Baylor School is now hiring lifeguards. Applicants must have a current lifeguard certification from the American Red Cross, YMCA, or Ellis. We have several different shifts available including mornings,mid-day, afternoons/ evenings, and Saturdays. Morning and Evening shifts are during coached practices. All shifts are at the Baylor School Natatorium (171 Baylor School Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37405). Compensation ranges from $13 – $15 per hour depending on experience.
